From honey gathered by bees flying among the flowers of Matsuyama,
the debut Hime Mead, “la abeja reina,” is finally complete.
Mr. Nagumo of Gogoshima Beer Farm has drawn out the aroma of Iyo-kan
with an exquisite balance, creating a clean and refreshing mead
with restrained sweetness.
It has a beautiful color and a gentle, natural sparkle.
The light and refreshing taste almost feels like the breeze of the Setouchi.
It will make its debut on March 15 on Gogoshima Island.
